Working time in healthcare

This thesis with the topic Working time in healthcare makes an effort to deal comprehensively with the particular issues of the working time institutes, their application in healthcare and it alternatively point to some defiency in legislation. The regulation of the working time is one of the most important working conditions especially for the workers due to the fact that they spend more than one third of their day at work. In case of the healtcare workers it's even more than one third of their day. In first chapters I pursued regulation of the working time from the view of the international law, in concrete from the view of the Conventions of International Labour Organization. I focused more on the European Union regulations, especially on the Working Time Directive, because due to this directive there is no longer the institute of the on-call duty at workplace in czech legislation. The Directive also allowed to legitimize further agreed overtime work for healthcare works. In the third chapter I focused on the regulation of the working time itself. I analyzed the characteristics and compared the current wording with the definition in the Labour Code from the 1965. Working hours and rest periods

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to obtain a comprehensive view on the application of the provisions of the Labour Code on working time and rest periods to current practice issue, highlight potential inequalities signaling infringements and thus provide a forum for professional discussion about the possible causes and consequences of the facts and on the proposal as determined deficits eliminate or remove completely. The main pillar of this thesis consists of hypotheses which explicitly fores specifically the violation of the provisions of the Labour Code on working time and rest periods. By analyzing the results of the questionnaire and subsequent authentication set of hypotheses leads to fulfillment of the objectives. Thesis deals in the first chapter primarily with the characteristics of working time and rest time from a theoretical point of view. In the second and third chapter, the specific goals of research and the research of the problem are defined and also the setting and characterization of the research hypotheses. The fourth chapter describes the research methods and research file. Analysis of the results of the questionnaire is characterized in detail in the fifth chapter. In the last part there is a set of hypotheses assessment authentication. With this assessment, it is possible to conclude whether, and if necessary what is the extent to which there is asymmetry in the application of legal provisions in practice.
Effect of overtime X motivation on the dynamics of the project

Final thesis discusses about the influence of overtime and motivation to manage projects. The thesis highlights the positive characteristics about connection between the system dynamics and the project management. Includes basic theoretical definition of motivation, management control and overall project management. Analyze the possibility of using different methods, especially motivation to influence or stimulate the work flow. Highlights the positive qualities of the use of dynamic modeling and simulation to solve IS/ICTprojects. It examin the real situation of overtime influence on solving the problem. This situation is portrayed in the relevant diagrams of system dynamics and it is modeled in the program Powersim. The text also contains a detailed procedure for the entire solution.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on working time and rest period under Czech legislation conditions that is influenced by Community law of European Union, which is the Czech Republic a part of. The subject of the thesis is a current issue, especially due to the extensive amendment to the Labour Code, which came into effect on 1. 1. 2012. The object of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of legal provisions concerning working time and rest period showing it's development and the current form of legal provisions. Additionally the comparison of the issue in six EU member states is not forgotten.

Aim of this thesis is to plot employee care in organizations and companies, that have a seat in Pelhřimov district. The thesis deals with employee relationships and employee care, where participate working hours and work regime, work enviroment, personal development of employees, services provided to employees by employer, employee benefits, work safety and protection of their health and their motivation and stimulation as well. The first step during processing of this thesis was studying the special literature; making of questionaries was directly connected with it. The questionary was essintial for following survey and the survey took four months. Then, acquired information were processed and incuded into graphs and charts and annotated. The result of the thesis is an undestandable picture of employee care in Pelhřimov district and discovery of the greatest problems and the most problematic branches of the national economy.
Employee remuneration and motivation in the warehouse of the company Hennlich in Litoměřice

This bachelor thesis is concerned with sphere of human resources. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the system of employee motivation and remuneration in the warehouse of the industrial company Hennlich Industrietechnik. The theory engages with a definition of the motivation, work motivation and motivation factors. It explains individual motivation conceptions, creation of wages and forms of remuneration. The practical part of this bachelor thesis analyses the motivation of employees and forms of remuneration. A questionnaire method was used for analysis of the present employee's satisfaction with the system. Proposals for improvement in researched areas are presented on the basis of the results of the evaluation. The mentioned recommendations can be applied in all companies operating in the industry.
